Sussex has a system in place to confirm and track certificates of insurances and contractor licenses.
Scheduling
Before commencing a project, Sussex spends time with our client to understand specific concerns and milestones.
With this understanding, the project manager generates a baseline project schedule that is routinely updated and distributed for the duration of the project.
Quality Control

Our knowledgeable field personnel inspect products and installation methods on a daily basis throughout project.

Sussex utilizes accounting software specifically designed for the construction industry. Our accounting department maintains meticulous financial records, continually updating the project manager on the project budget.
Project Close-Out
Our dedicated project management professionals process project close-out materials for the duration of a project’s life to ensure a timely and accurate close out.
At the completion of a project, our clients are provided with a complete close-out package containing product information, operating and maintenance instructions, warranties, permits, and as-built drawings.
