About Shawn Wesley

Shawn grew up in Danville, Virginia before leaving to obtain a degree in Psychology from Michigan State University. It was there that Shawn discovered his love for construction and signed on with a mid-sized commercial construction management firm. Since then, Shawn has thrived in the industry and has years of experience delivering quality projects on schedule and on budget, while adding a personal touch to the process.

Shawn has managed projects in various business sectors including manufacturing, hospitality, medical, dental, and government buildings. Shawn is LEED AP certified and completed a $10.2M 32,000 sf LEED Silver Class A office building in Shreveport, Louisiana. Shawn has experience in projects with extensive minority and disadvantaged business participation goals. He has worked directly with those companies to help them meet compliance needs and helped bridge their qualification gaps through outreach programs and acting as an advocate.

Outside of work, Shawn loves to travel to new places with his wife and meet new people.
