About Keith Selby

Keith has been a valued member of the Sussex Development Team since 2001. He began working in construction as a journeyman carpenter after high school. Throughout his career, Keith sought to learn all aspects of leading a successful construction project. He is an accomplished team leader on projects ranging from the smallest, 1,000 SF renovation to multi-phase, ground-up projects.

In recent years, Keith has focused on medical projects and plays a lead role in our work for Sentara Healthcare & Sentara Medical Group – with a heavy emphasis on specialized MEP construction and medical-grade work. He is sensitive to the needs of these projects, frequently in daily contact with medical staff and patients.

In addition to being a valued member of our Team, Keith possesses a strong sense of community and giving. At 13, he began volunteering as a firefighter for Hampton Volunteer Fire Department.

In his free time, he and his family are avid campers and enjoy the outdoors.
