About Dave Bremerman
Property Maintenance Assistant
Dave joined Sussex Development in October 2025. He brings a well-rounded background to the team, with experience spanning site design as a civil engineer to hands-on home repair and renovation work as an independent contractor. At Sussex, Dave supports our Warranty and Client Services departments, assisting with maintenance, repairs, and ensuring our clients continue to receive the high level of quality and care we’re known for.
A Chesapeake native, Dave has called Hampton Roads home his entire life. He’s a lifelong member of Portlock United Methodist Church and enjoys woodworking, hiking, fishing, and weightlifting in his free time.
