About Danielle Hangen
Danielle, a Virginia Beach native and graduate of Old Dominion University, joined Sussex Development in 2007 as a full-time Project Engineer. In 2014 she was promoted to Senior Project Engineer. In 2017 Danielle and her husband relocated to Napa, CA. Since moving Danielle has been retained as a Consultant to our Project Engineering and Project Management departments.
Before joining Sussex Development, she spent fifteen years in medical practice management. Her evolution to construction was through residential rehabilitation and construction projects, specializing in pre- engineered construction. Danielle is a strong supporter of education and environmental sustainability. She attained her LEED Green Associate Certification and prompted Sussex Development to incorporate various eco-friendly choices in the construction of our new offices and day-to-day operations.
