About Erin Gleich
Erin brings over 4 years of experience in accounting and over 10 years of experience in administrative work, with extensive experience in AR/AP. Throughout her career, she has contributed to various projects and fields, fueling her passion for knowledge and a strong understanding of “what makes things tick”.
Before joining Sussex, Erin worked in residential plumbing and HVAC as well as government contracting and franchise bookkeeping, gaining valuable experience in various roles, including office management, payroll, and accounting. She is excited to bring their expertise to the accounting team and contribute to Sussex’s mission and vision.
Erin enjoys singing, reading, and traveling, and is involved in Order of the Eastern Star and the Virginia Symphony Orchestra Chorus. Whether attending rehearsals or performances, getting lost in a book, or spending time with her husband, George, Erin brings a well-rounded perspective and enthusiasm to their professional and personal life.
