About Leslie Calaunan
Leslie brings over 12 years of experience in commercial construction, supporting project teams through bidding, planning, coordination, and project execution. Her background has shaped a strong passion for delivering successful projects and strengthening team performance.
Before joining Sussex, Leslie worked as a Project Manager Assistant on interior buildouts and ground-up construction projects. She is excited to bring her experience and collaborative approach to the Project Engineering team in support of Sussex’s mission and vision.
Outside of work, Leslie enjoys cooking, watching her favorite TV shows, and spending time at the beach with her husband and three children, bringing balance and enthusiasm to both her professional and personal life.
