Kimberly is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience supporting a range of companies and organizations of all sizes, in a variety of industries. Her experience with employee full life cycle management fuels her passion for helping companies strategize, retain talent, and grow. Kimberly is an active member of both the national and local Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) organizations and serves on SHRM National’s Advocacy and Public Policy committee.
Kimberly spends her free time with her friends and family, supporting her church, serving as a board member for a Hampton Roads nonprofit, reading, hiking, and cheering on the Washington Nationals.
