About Kylie Ugarte
Kylie brings over 10 years of administrative experience, with a strong background in office management and executive support. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in streamlining processes, supporting leadership teams, and delivering exceptional customer service, fueled by a genuine passion for teamwork and professional growth.
Prior to joining Sussex, Kylie built her expertise across commercial and property management, thriving in fast-paced environments that sharpened her project management skills. She is eager to bring that experience to the Sussex team and contribute to the company’s mission and vision.
Outside of work, Kylie enjoys diving into history books, winery tours in Charlottesville, and experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes. She is also a yoga instructor with a growing interest in health and wellness. When she is not teaching or at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and her fur baby, Arlo, bringing the same warmth and enthusiasm to everything she does.
