Lee started his construction career when he was 15, dedicating weekends, vacations, and holidays during high school to garner hands-on experience. Lee’s professional trajectory includes four years as an electrical apprentice, a stint as a civil service drafter for four years, a year dedicated to acoustical ceilings, and a decade honing his skills as a cabinet craftsman. Prior to joining Sussex Development, Lee successfully owned and operated his construction company, specializing in commercial renovations and build-outs for various retail establishments. His residential division achieved remarkable milestones, constructing over 100 homes, with one earning a Home-A-Rama award.
